Where it all started

Founded in 1996 by André Vittorio, Idealogical has grown into a security-focused Managed IT Service Provider. We serve businesses that rely on technology to operate efficiently and grow with confidence, building on a belief that technology should support real business outcomes – not create frustration.

At the young age of 16, André works at IBM and meets his future first client​.

At the young age of 16, André works at IBM and meets his future first client​. He begins helping family and friends with their computer issues. Realizing his passion for technology, he pivots from his original plan to become a doctor and commits himself to solving real-world tech challenges.

1995

André signs his first two clients and Idealogical is born.​

He brings on his first employee, a trusted friend, and the journey begins, setting the foundation for what will grow in the years ahead.

2001

Idealogical has grown to a team of five, working tirelessly out of André’s basement.

The small space becomes a hub of long nights, shared ideas, and steady momentum as the team begins shaping the company’s early identity and culture.

2003-2023

André moves the company into an office.

 Over the next 20 years, he expands the team to 35. Along the way, they refine their sales and marketing, define their target audience, strengthen security, elevate customer service, and solidify their culture.

André relocates the company into a new state-of-the-art office.

It launches its Japan operations, marking a significant step in its growth. This expansion strengthens responsiveness, broadens service capabilities, and strengthens the company’s global presence.​
