The question of the night was “What’s the secret sauce and what are you going to double down in the year 2022.”
Wayne responded with “the big thing for us is having the right staff who have been very dedicated and committed to working on our culture and the type of people we bring in. Not only has our turnover gone down but we have increased by 50%, in return improving our sales quarter by quarter. We are all moving in the right direction, which has been our secret sauce. Shout out to the entire team here at Idealogical, the leadership team has worked so hard in putting this all together, and the rest of the teamwork so hard together every day to help make the I.T. experience a very positive one.”
